Wedding Packages

I G Media, does not have rigged set of options with fixed prices, because every wedding is so special and different.

However, you need to know that what you are requesting is within the budget you have set yourselves. So we have put together some suggestions for you to consider, our final price will include time & transport costs, but weddings within our area of south Devon will not incur any additional transport costs.

We want you to have the best experience of your life at an affordable rate so we are attempting to keeps the costs as low as possible. 2 camera option now available.

What everyone who requests our help receives, is,

• 5 high quality DVD’s of the day,
• Footage is taken in High Definition, in a Widescreen format,
• The cameras used are some of the latest broadcast quality SONY cameras.
• The images are edited with music of your choice and presented in a uniquely printed DVD case.

Editing any DVD takes large amounts of time to do a professional job. To provide you with the quality you deserve we will spend up to 6 hours editing and printing for every hour of original footage.

On the wedding day itself we have allocated up to 8 hours to be with you in the options below, but we are happy to spend longer than this with you as long as we know some approximate times we will be as flexible as we can, it’s your day and we do not want to spoil that in any way.

We do not offer a fixed package as every wedding is different, with us you only pay for the options you want. Recently, some wedding DVD's have averaged £800 to £1,100, however, we will work to your budget and include as many options as possible. See below for suggested options.

Suggested Options.

From £ 50 Visit the bride prior to the wedding, capture the preparations of the bride/bridesmaids & family bride setting off to the church.

From £ 475 for a Church wedding or from £400 for a registry office or hotel wedding service. This will include – and if you would like it, establishment shots outside & inside, the whole service and signing the register, subject to approval of the vicar or registrar– some shots of family and friends after the service in the grounds of the church or wedding venue having photos taken.

From £ 50 going to the Reception / Wedding Breakfast recording the speeches – in full if requested – with additional establishment shots of the reception location and cutting the cake (if cut after the speeches)

For £ 15 per hour waiting for the evening reception to begin.

From £ 50 The evening reception establishment shots, cutting the cake (if not done earlier), the first dance or more if requested.

Other Features or options to consider.

From £ 20 Photographs from your childhood overlaid at the beginning or end of the DVD.

From £50 per day, Approximately 5 minute movie of the bride and groom out for a walk or enjoying a hobby that brought you together prior to the wedding. To be used at the beginning of the DVD overlaid with music of your choice. Filmed on one or more different days.

From £ 20 Photographs or video from your honeymoon added to the end of the DVD to complete the wedding story.

From £ 20 Music of your choice overlaid by photographs or mini movie.

None of these are compulsory the choice is yours.

We will only quote based on what you want. However if on the day of the wedding you request additional items not requested on the booking form we will be pleased to accommodate your requests, we will charge approximately £ 25 per hour for our time and cost price for any additional materials used, over and above what you have booked.
