Live Sound.

I G Media, is able to provide various PA systems and a sound engineer for most events. The various sound systems are suitable for most venues such as pubs, church halls, theatres etc. Live sound is always a variable entity so prices will depend on travelling and kit required. Available is a full front of house passive sound system. JBL active Foldback if required. Various Mixing desks, 24 channel, 12 channel or 4-channel DJ desk. • FX units, Gates, Compressor/Expanders, pitch shift, Feedback destroyer. • Multiple CD players, Minidisk. • Smoke machine.

Some stage lighting can also be provided for smaller events

• 2 X 12 channel desk with pre setting and flash buttons
• Act 6 Dimmer rack
• Some sound to Light units also available

Special help for young or student bands.

I have for many years been involved with Platform For Performance, and the main music event of the year – Airfusion.

As a result I am fully aware of how difficult it can be for a new / young band to get all the equipment together to go and gig, either at school or college or in village halls, to become known, to make a demo or a music video.

In order to help the community and to help establish new and upcoming talent, I will work with and help individuals, groups or bands, by greatly reducing the above cost for hiring I G Media to help with your event.

We will however expect you to agree to us using your name(s) sound and video to promote I G Media in the future. Please Contact us to discuss and arrange a meeting.

CD of the performance.

I G Media, is able to record your band and make a CD and or DVD either to be used as a demo or for general sale.

We will be pleased to make just one CD / DVD or thousands the choice is yours.
Although we do not have our own studios, we are able to hire suitable premises at a very reasonable cost in order to record a band. If you want the live feel to the recording we will record you at the gig.

Individuals, or duets, who wish to be recorded to backing tracks, can be recorded at my home.

As with all recording work, the time spent mixing is the key to a saleable product. Of course, this will have an impact on the final cost of the job.

Live recording at a gig with a minimal equipment requirement, short sound check set up from £ 30
Waiting time (from set up to gig start) £ 15 per hour
