I G Media, does not just make high quality DVD’s of Weddings.

We would like you to have an amassing keepsake that can be used by yourself and your family and friends from years to come that is why we are also offering the following DVD services.

Christenings.

How nice will it be when your son, daughter, grandchild gets a little older to present them with a DVD of their christening, (subject to the permission from the church.)

We will produce a short story of the day, if you and the participants are happy, we will interview the parents, grandparents, godparents or other relatives that you would like to have add a little good luck message for the child.

Significant Birthdays.

How nice it will be for the birthday person and other relatives to have a DVD of their life or of their party. Interviews with members of the family from around the world, giving an insight into the families history, the birthday persons significance in the family structure, how they achieved their goals, raised the family.

The party, the dancing the fooling around, we will be with you for the whole of the party right to the end if you require, capturing the flavour of the day / evening and presenting the fully edited DVD as a keepsake.

Golden/Ruby/Platinum Wedding Anniversaries.

After attending a fantastic evening with a couple that have been together for such a wonderfully long time, have you ever thought that it was a shame no one took some really high quality video for you to keep. I have and that is why I want to help you.

I will stay for as long as you want, record stories from the couple, take people to one side and let them give their special congratulation messages. We will even meet the couple before or after the event to capture their views and thoughts. But most of all capture the excitement and pleasure of the participants. A fantastic gift for the couple and the family.

Music Video ( DVD )

Are you part of a group or a soloist, have you though of making a music video? Well now is your chance. Demo DVD’s of one or two songs, through to a recording of a whole performance.

If you want we can make a CD of the recording at the same time.

This will not be a Hollywood super production with expensive graphics, but a straightforward recording taken in the setting(s) that you select.

We can record each song from many angles and cut it together forming a professional demo of you or your band.

Other DVD’s.

We are available for hire to make a high quality DVD of what ever you want to make.

There are so few opportunities for people to make high quality DVD’s at reasonable prices.

• Are you an actor / actress and want to further your career?
• Are you shy but want to make the breakthrough for others to notice you?
• Do you want to enter a talent show but don’t know where to start?
• Have you a burning desire to see yourself perform on television?
• Do you have a story to tell that you feel others would like to see and hear?
• Sportsmen and women, do have difficulty with aspects of your game / training, sometimes the ability to see yourself in action will help you to improve your technique.

The answer for all of these is a fully edited high quality DVD.

Suggested Price Guide.

All these prices are subject to negotiation, and will depend on the time you require my services for, the amount of editing you request and the length of the final DVD. Each contract will receive 5 DVD boxed and printed uniquely for your event.

Costs for Christenings and parties etc.

DVD’s from 15 minutes - from £ 100 to include 1 hours filming up to 5 hours editing. Additional filming at £ 25 per hour until midnight (either waiting time or recording time) and £ 35 per hour either after midnight or after 8 hours recording, plus £ 15 per hour editing. Additional costs for travelling longer distances.

Additional copies pre-ordered or ordered on the night, Paid for on the day of recording or before £ 10 each. Ordered and paid for within a week of the event £ 12 each. £15 each thereafter.

Costs for demo DVD.

DVD’s of one song up to 5 minutes long up to 1 hours recording and 3 hours editing from £ 75 additional songs from £ 10 per song or £ 25 per hour and £ 10 per hour editing. Multishots at different locations will have additional travel costs and a minimum of £ 50 per day fee in addition to the above hourly rates.

Special offer to young bands and students.

DVD’s of one song up to 5 minutes long up to 1 hours recording and 2 hours editing from £ 25. Above rates apply for additional time. (Parental consent will be required prior to recording)

Costs for Music Videos edited onto DVD.

DVD’s from 30 minutes - from £ 200 to include 2 hours filming and up to 7 hours editing. Additional filming at £ 25 per hour and £ 10 per hour editing. Multishots at different locations will have additional travel costs and a minimum of £ 50 per day fee in addition to the above hourly rates.

All contracts for the above and other activities not specifically listed is subject to consent from the relevant parent or guardian for their child or children to appear in the DVD, it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure that this has been obtained, I G Media nor its representatives, will accept any liability, for recording the image of a child where this authority has not been expressly granted.
